Somalia, tormented by political in-battling, defilement and assaults by al Shabaab agitators, has as of late gained restricted ground towards making a working political framework, President Hassan Sheik Mohamud said.
"Without a steady Somalia, the entire locale of the Horn of Africa will stay insecure and overall, the African landmass. There are confirmations and proof that (for) some time Boko Haram has been prepared in Somalia and they backtracked to Nigeria," he said.
"The terrorists are so connected together, they are related thus sorted out, (that) we the world we should be so composed," he said, talking in English.
It was not clear from his remarks whether he trusted al Shabaab was all the while preparing Boko Haram warriors, who have swore constancy to Islamic State activists in Syria and Iraq.
