But it seems he's also looking out for extended family, too.

last week, Scott was seen partying at the 1 Oak Club in Las Vegas,
while pregnant Kourtney presumably stayed up stairs in their hotel.
Scott appeared bleary-eyed as a bevvy of scantily-clad ladies danced past him.
