    Expert Biafra Leader Refuses To Take Plea In Court

    The pioneer of a genius Biafra bunch in Nigeria, Ingenious People Of Biafra (IPOB), Mr Nnamdi Kanu, has declined to take request in court, dissenting his trial before Justice Mohammed Ahmed of a Federal High Court in Abuja.

    Kanu, who is the organizer of a privateer radio, Radio Biafra, declined to take request on a six-number charge verging on treachery, importation of unlawful merchandise and ownership of guns recorded against him by the Department of State Services (DSS) on the ground that he would not get reasonable trial.

    Absence Of Confidence all the while

    The master Biafra pioneer, standing trial with two others, told the court that he needed trust in the court on the grounds that data accessible to him demonstrated that he would not get a reasonable trial.

    "I won't give up due procedure of the law established on the standards of normal equity on the sacrificial table of rapid discharge from confinement," Mr Kanu said.
    A week after a Federal High Court conceded him safeguard, Mr Kanu, the pioneer of the IPOB, who stays in the care of the DSS, was brought to court.

    Equity Mohammed said that since the certainty of the court had been addressed he would give back the case record to the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court for further activity.

    Soon after the procedures, then again, Mr Kanu got into a fight with a few authorities of the DSS for denying him a chance to talk with his legal counselor.

    Advice to Mr Kanu, Mr Vincent Obetta indicated that he would keep on pursueing the arrival of his customer on the requests of the court.

    He had on Tuesday criticized the proceeded with confinement of his customer by the DSS even after a Federal High Court had conceded him safeguard.

    Until further notice Mr Kanu and other charged persons will need to sit tight for the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court to reassign his case to another Judge.
